Are your products authentic?
Yes, 100%. We source all our products directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers in South Korea to ensure that every item you receive is genuine and fresh.
How long does shipping take within Canada?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your province. We process all orders from our Canadian warehouse within 24-48 hours of placement.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Since we are based in Canada and ship domestically, Canadian customers will not be charged any customs or import duties. The price you see at checkout is final.
