At The K Shop, we want you to love your skincare journey; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the products in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked carrier of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items and confirms they are in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
